Fulltime Digital Entrepreneur is operated and owned by ALVORADA ADMIRÁVEL UNIPESSOAL LDA, a company legally registered in Portugal with NIF 518842703.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, programs, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

FDE provides digital education, mentorship programs, community access, and related marketing services. All descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before access to any paid program, mentorship, or community.
  • Installment plans, if offered, must be completed according to the agreed schedule.
  • Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension of access.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our programs, resources, mentorship, and educational materials, payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be considered if:

  • Duplicate payments are made.
  • Technical errors result in incorrect charges.
  • FDE cancels a program without providing an alternative.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

Community Memberships

Monthly memberships renew according to the selected plan. Access remains active only during the membership period. Annual or lifetime memberships are one-time payments and remain valid according to the purchased package.

Payment Methods

Payments may be accepted through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • International payment gateways
  • Other approved payment methods

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, templates, worksheets, presentations, resources, and content are the intellectual property of FDE. Students may not:

  • Share paid materials publicly.
  • Resell or redistribute resources.
  • Record or reproduce sessions for commercial purposes.
  • Share login credentials or community access.

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

6. Student Responsibilities & Community Guidelines

Students are expected to:

  • Maintain respectful communication.
  • Participate ethically within the community.
  • Complete assignments independently.
  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct.
  • Refrain from spam or self-promotion without permission.
  • Protect the privacy of fellow members.

FDE reserves the right to remove members who violate these standards, which may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community.

7. Results & Earnings Disclaimer

FDE provides education, mentorship, and guidance. Individual results depend upon effort, consistency, skills, experience, market conditions, and implementation. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific income levels.
  • Job placement.
  • Client acquisition.
  • Business success.
  • Freelancing earnings.

Any income examples, client results, success stories, or testimonials shared by FDE are illustrative and do not guarantee similar results. Success depends on effort, implementation, consistency, market demand, and individual circumstances.

8. Changes to Programs

FDE may update, improve, modify, or restructure program content, schedules, mentors, resources, or community features to provide better learning experiences.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our programs, mentorship, or community at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. You may discontinue use of our services at any time; this does not entitle you to a refund except as outlined in our Refund Policy above.

10. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers to process payments and deliver certain services. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or downtime of these third parties, though we will assist in resolving issues where reasonably possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

FDE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our programs, services, resources, or community.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Portugal.

13. Changes to These Terms

Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
